HTC will launch dual-camera phones in 2018, after ditching the dual camera game in 2015
The Company will release five to six smartphone models in 2018
HTC has decided to re-enter in dual-camera phones territory in 2018, after abandoning it in 2015.
HTC was one of the first dual-camera smartphones manufacturers.
And now they have announced to release dual-camera with some new and standout features.
HTC was the trendsetter when it comes to dual-camera even before Apple.
As they introduced first ever dual-camera in 2011 with EVO 3D feature.
The limited 3D feature put HTC’s dual-camera handset well out of the depth, to the extent that they were unable to gain the lost ground.
The Taiwanese firm last dual camera phone came in 2015, at that time Apple pioneered the art of dual-camera with the iPhone 7 Plus.
But it is worth to mention, the dual camera has become a standard feature on flagship devices.
HTC has to come with the extraordinary and unique software effects to capture the imagination of smartphone users.
As they previously struggled to make dual camera standout when it was new and widely popular. HTC will have to come with the innovate approach to make a difference.
Since there is a lot of room to experiment with software effects, HTC has to think out of the box to make a difference this time around.
