Sony’s Android TVs will now have Google Assistant
Sony Electronics has integrated Google Assistant to 4K HDR sets running Android TV
From now on, Sony’s Android TVs will have built-in Google Assistant support.
Sony has introduced Voice Assistant to its 4K HDR sets running Android TV, including 2017 models and select 2016 versions.
Now you can use the Voice Assistant to search and access the content. You can also control other smart home devices through your Sony TV.
By pressing the microphone button on the remote, you will be able to unlock the power of Google Search and can give a voice command.

Now with the Google Assistant, you can enjoy endless streaming from the selected services, including Youtube and Netflix.
The Voice Assistant makes it quite convenient to find a TV show or movie with the help of natural voice interface.
For instance, you can ask the voice assistant for Netflix content by its title. “Play House of Cards” and it will respond.
Google’s Voice Assistant is compatible with more than 1000 smart devices and now these devices will work smoothly on Sony’s Android TVs.
